Bruce and Wendy Lacroix are the principal partners
of the company and have been self-employed since 1990. Education,
travel and their business have taken them to Europe, the Caribbean,
Mexico, the USA and throughout Canada.
Prior to self-employment as consultants and trainers,
they both worked for various government and educational agencies
and in the tourism industry. They strongly believe in a team approach
to consulting, where the clients are intimately involved in the
process. Many clients have said that their greatest assest as trainers
and consultants is to "simplify the complicated"; that
is, take a seemingly complicated subject or problem and assist clients
to understand it in lay persons' terms.
